When viewed epistemologically, the only thing we know for certain is that we are, in fact, uncertain about everything.

However close to Truth, an epistemological approach would be of only essoteric interest as it would necessarily breed a disfunctional methodology.

An epistemological view of things is antithetical to the need to exist and interact with them.
